Diletta Danieli, Ph.D. in European and International Legal Studies at the University of Verona, is a junior research fellow (Rtd-A) in European Union Law at the University of Milan (Department of International, Legal, Historical and Political Studies).
She conducts research in European Union law, especially regarding competition and IP, as well as in European private international law in relation to both civil and family matters. During the Ph.D., she has spent research periods at the New York University School of Law and the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich (Germany).
Since 2014 she has been collaborating in the activities of the European Union Law Chair and the European Documentation Centre of the University of Verona, particularly in the implementation of research projects co-funded by the European Union (regarding civil judicial cooperation in family matters and competition law) as well as in the organisation of events.
She is a member of the editorial board of the journal Papers di diritto europeo and collaborated in the editing of Commentario breve ai Trattati dell’Unione europea, 2nd edition, 2014, directed by Prof Fausto Pocar and Prof Maria Caterina Baruffi.
Author of publications in her fields of research and speaker at conferences and seminars. She is also a member of the associations SIDI-ISIL and AISDUE.
Since 2017 she is lawyer at the Bar of Verona.
