Vania Vigolo, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Management at the Department of Business Administration, University of Verona. Her research interests include tourist behaviour, tourism and hospitality marketing, services marketing, and branding strategies. She is a member of the Editorial Board of SN Business & Economics and of the Editorial Team of Sinergie Italian Journal of Management. She is also a member of the Editorial Review Board of Journal of Consumer Marketing and of The TQM Journal.
She has published work in several journals including International Journal of Tourism Research, Psychology & Marketing, The TQM Journal, Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly and Journal of Environmental Management.
